Recovering files from damaged media (with BAD blocks)
DiskInternals Uneraser can recover data from damaged media (from disks with Bad blocks).
How does it work?
When reading a file, the program automatically ignores bad blocks without stopping to save the file. A bad block is replaced with zeros and the program proceeds to the next block.
Note: If you enable the Show Existing Files option, you will be able to save existing files from damaged floppy and logical disks.
